acem
The MCV on my 886 is leaking and I need to fix it. It's leaking from a shaft where I'm pointing my finger. I think it's the TA dump valve. What is involved in fixing this? I'm not very experienced with TAs... Thx-Ace
Farmall Doctor
Clean it, remove the bracket, clean again. Remove cotter pin and clevis pin. Unthread the fitting. Replace seal and o-ring and re-assemble.

stronger800
No other full size red tractors?
acem
We don't normally have TAs on southern tractors. My 886 and 826 have TAs. My 504, 706, 856, 1066, 1086 and 1486 don't have TAs. My 4366 and hydro 186 weren't even available with a TA... Thx-Ace
Missouri Mule
I'm not the expert here Ace but I've changed a few and I always take the time to run through all the adjustments on dump valve to trans brake. It's as good of time as any to keep them shifting good.
