jimw
This would of been a fun parade tractor. $2800 seems pretty decent.

jimw
My biggest implement is 20ft , probably wouldn’t enjoy running it all day , but I find it cool. And affordable
Big Bud guy
There was one of those that came up for sale at a location auction a few years ago with the correct engine. Had the same thoughts you did and thought for sure it would bring 2-4 thousand. Went for $7,500 so I passed. It would have only brought half that much a few years before before this covid crap. Dirt_Floor_Poor
A guy here had a 4568 a few years ago. It had a hack job repower with an old 855 Cummins. It looked terrible, but was a functional tractor. They had extended the frame, but left the hood the original length and it had a huge gap in front of the cab. The clutch went out not long after he got it. He sold it to a small contractor who fixed the clutch and had it on a scraper. It was still running last I knew. That reminds me of a neighbor that had an old army truck for hauling silage. No power with the engine it had so he stuffed a 903 in it. Radiator ended up where the winch had been mounted. Homemade extended hood. That thing was ugly but what a beast. He always said it was more like a tractor than a truck and if the DOT don’t believe you ask them if they’ve ever seen a truck do this and drive through the ditch.
