“Absolute” brand engine parts?

I noticed HyCapacity sells a brand called “Absolute” for their engine rebuild kits, Does anyone know the quality of them or are they just rebranded Reliance? I’m looking for a kit for a d360 and was told Reliance was the only one making kits and would prefer not to use them if possible.

The story I heard is that Absolute was created by former Reliance employees, the exact reasoning I'm not sure, if they wanted to offer a better quality product than Reliance, and get away from all the comebacks that Reliance was experiencing a while back.  Never have dealt with any of the engine parts from Absolute.

I had a guy that was thinking of overhauling a 756 with a 310. I emailed my rep for A&I about it and said I’d rather not use Reliance and he told me they don’t sell anything Reliance, I emailed back what it was and haven’t got a reply yet. At one time they had Richland. Did a 358 with Richland and turned out good. I believe they have Maxiforce too but not for a 360 or 310/358.

Yeah, it's not like they're going to say, "Oh all our stuff is JUNK! I wouldn't buy it if I were you."

they did just say that about reliance. thats why hy cap went to maxi force and absolute engine kits. between bad parts and reliance shipping from multiple place and charging shipping from all of them is why hy cap dropped reliance
