ACTUALLY, Vacuum tube pulling pliers, used to remove vacuum tubes from their sockets. The "raspy" part is 36" long. Don't know what is but would sure invade a sidewall and ruin a tires day. Got it dug out before it could have it's way with one of my 20.8x38's.
