Shoup Chaff Guards (1460)

I see a few things out of place,   The rubber is supposed to be tucked in behind the small hinged door unless you pulled it out to show tears in it.  The rear chaff shaker pan is suppose to set up in the hex saddles not below them.   What do you do with the chaff without a chopper in it?

So this is incorrect…

Any idea of part # for new piece of rubber? Been looking online back can’t find it

Nate, i think he does have one flap on the inside of the door and the 2nd flap laying on the tail board. With my 3 1480s no 2 were alike in this area. Also have never ran a chopper on the 1480s, have not seen any adverse effects from that. Have a chopper on my 2188, but the stationary knife assembly has never been in it since i owned it.
