That's nice!  Seems to me that there is a guy close to you who restores old, medium duty trucks like this one.

I can't remember where I saw the one truck he had for sale...I think it was Bring A Trailer or Hemmings, if I recall correctly.

This seems to be the obituary of the original owner, i am reaching a bit here, but the pieces fit.
