Torque
Read online to back out spring and set idle 50 rpm low of what you want and then turn in bumper to raise rpm. Is this the correct procedure? Adjusted this a few years ago to stop surging but it is back to it, maybe something is worn out?
CIHTECH
The Cummins bulletin states as much as 150 rpm if needed. Is your bumper spring soft? If so I would recommend a heavy duty one (can hardly squeeze with your thumb)
