Wonder If They Used Chains, OR, Binders?

...no straps  Art....at the height of the Statue of Liberty...doubt that Napa would have them that length.....

Thanks for pointing that out, I had every intent of titling this "Straps, or Chains and Binders" but old age interfered.

Regarding NAPA not having straps in that length, I'll bet Harbor Fright could have filled the bill, with the thing strapped down like Gulliver.
