jong1821
Anyone know a way to reconnect the orafice screen to the orafice in a safety/ regulator? I'm working on my 460 utility. Removed the orafice to check the screen. The screen crushed and separated. A new one is around 200$. Not trying to spend that much.

snoshoe
Epoxy works. Reshape screen and get it to fit on shoulder. Apply epoxy. Doesn't take much. Flow is from screen to orifice.
Dan Robinson
I did have alright luck soldering one back on. Didn't look super pretty but did get it stuck on.
hardtail
Don't know if you have access to a lathe but you could cut a small groove and use some fine wire
Red Tech
I cleaned off any bits of screen from the shoulder of the orifice. I reshaped the screen so it again fit on the shoulder. I then took it to a radiator shop to have it brazed / soldered? He did a perfect job! It looked like new.
