DirtBoyz07
I called down to Thurmure this morning to order some exhaust stuff and talked to Dave , he told me they shut down there business in January. The reason being is the cost of materials for build there stuff has gone so high because of the state of our country him and his dad decided to quite . What a sad day , I have been thinking about Dave today , what a nice guy he is and they have been in business for 44 years and forced to shut down and most of you know why but we can’t talk about it . 😞😞 Danny
bitty
I wish I had stocked up on a few items in December or before from him ....
Sledgehammer
I heard that a couple weeks ago.  Sad to see things like that happen to a company that knew their stuff and were based in the USA.
jass1660
We told you that awhile back. Mike Links is taking over some of it.
Pete1468
I think every business owner has that thought run through their head.

Farmall1066
Dave is a super nice guy, and this is sad, but I think he was ready to quit.  The last order I placed with Dave 2-3 years ago, he said then, that he was nearing his end, and I was sad to hear that, but understood.  So the fact he made it another 2-3 years is great! And it’s really great to know Mr. Links is taking over that line!!

Super A_sepa
Not sure where to get chrome pipes now if Mike is only going to be making the black pipes at this time.
Sledgehammer
I think Mike said he was going to try and get some of the IH stuff like the muffler eliminators for the 86’s etc... He may know more now than what he did then?
ChrisNY
I heard that. I cannot blame him. Dave was a super nice guy and a true asset to the hobby.
Sledgehammer
Update: I spoke to Mike Links this morning. He will support the IH stuff with pipes, eliminators, and pieces from the 88 series and older. He said he is still working on details for some odd ball pieces but he told me I could tell anyone that the IH stuff will still be available.
88seriesrestorer
 I will be doing the pipes in chrome and black. 3", 3 1/2" and the 3 3/4" to start.  Eliminators for the 86 and 5x88's as well.  Its taken me a little bit to put this all in place and get rolling here. Should have it taken care here shortly.  thanks Mike www.triplertractors.com 5
