My son started this when he was about 13,he's 16 now and moved on to the real things. Thought I'd take some pictures before we take it down for more room in the shop. Most people really enjoy looking at it. Sorry for so many pictures hard to get small details.

You can't disassemble that, even placing it above headheight with access by ladder so peeps can see and enjoy it and keep the "yard" going could work if you found a spot, that is so 50s it blows me away.

All you need are three little figures working on some peece of shiit and calling them the "roadkill" crew, and name them, Finnegan, Frieberger, and Dulcich.

Just what he said put it up hang it from the ceiling to make room for Whatever space it’s taking up. It would be cool if you could put a frame around the edges of it and pour  clear epoxy in it to cover everything and make a table top out of it

Wow, I looked over the pics a little closer, your boy has some eye, the detail is terrific, I love the two '58 gassers, the general needs a ramp for a real yeehaw moment, a little catherine bach doll could work also.

Don’t see a Daytona Charger in a junkyard very often. 😊

I think I see two!

That's a high class junkyard!

Put plastic over it and hoist it up to the rafters with pulleys!  That is too nice to disassemble.  When he has children he will want it.

I agree. Don't disassemble!!

That is a thing of beauty! I agree with others, save it, but if you do disassemble it’s great that you have all the pictures!

Now if that was a real yard, I see some things I need parts for!!

Also need to see more of the black stripe in the background of the yard!!

Didn't know I was going to get so much backlash for putting some hot wheels in a box 😊  I think we'll try to keep it together somewhere. The 10 has been on here before, not real a 1973 model. This is him after tractor day at school.

OK, I'll ask. Were most of these vehicles well played with before they landed, or are there actual models of 58 chevy impalas in junkyards? Whatever, it is magnificent.

Glad to hear it! That's one sweet setup & I would hate to see all that effort go down the can.

Some were mine, some were toys but a lot of the detailed ones were things he asked for at Christmas or birthdays and then he would destroy, I mean modify them !
