06, 56 single remote.

Can't tell you when they figured it out. But since the single valve becomes the left when second is added. They needed another set of lines. By putting the couplers on the left to start with they eliminated one set of lines to stock.

It depends.

My 706 came with one remote on the right.

My 856 and 1066 came with one remote on the left.

Just my samples.

Thx-Ace

That's the conclusion I've come to, 06 was right, 56 and 66 were on the left.

Single remote,  angle iron battery covers, is it a custom?

Yes it is/was is truely a custom now. Go ahead and tell me I did a sin by putting a 5.9 in it! I’d do it again

Per the parts books and my observations at work, this is correct.  We sell a lot of lines to convert 06 to dual rear outlets and the only way is to change to 56 series lines.   You rarely see the second factory lines for 06 series.

My 806 was single,  the 856 custom was dual.  I swapped them to make the 806 more usable,  and the 856 factory correct. But I had to put it on the right side, which isn't correct it appears so......more parts are needed.

I think proper penance for such a sin is to show a video of it running. Preferably turning dirt!

On that, Does anybody make a tachometer adapter to spin the factory cable at the correct rpm?

Yes there is. Talk to Ed Leaman about them.
