Frank H
Feeling achy and just run down. Thought it was the weather front or laying on my back in the snow fixing junk that made me feel poorly. Wife made me take a test, sure enough, COVID. Youngest guy had it last week. Oh well, my turn I guess. 1

Sledgehammer
Here’s to a speedy recovery. Keep hydrated for sure. Some vitamin C and D can’t hurt. I would add to keep moving around which helps keep blood oxygen levels up.

I can't imagine where in Harford I would find someone to jab pins into me, even if I wanted to... 3. I can barely tie my shoes, let alone sit cross legged with my arms tied in a knot. God made me strong but didn't make me flexible. Lol

Frank H
I feel great. Dewormed the wife, she is doing fine, a little cranky but no real issues. Crankiness could just be from marrying me... 2
