IH47
I'm looking at a TD14A with model number BHF-TD14W serial number 4305. It doesn't have the blade set up that I see in the pictures. The blade lift is in between tracks and frame.
hardtail
That was a style more like a loader setup, don't see many that way but the odd one. The serial numbers were sequential so it should be 1942
ray54
The early TD 14 would of mostly had Bucyrus-Erie blade. Cable or hydraulic, a big chunk iron on the sides of the tractor. They got the dirt moved until engineers figured out better ways.

louie figone
IH47, The TD14A was built between 1949 and 1955. Can you post a picture or two of the tractor? There were many different blade manufactures.
hardtail
Yes there were quite a few different manufacturers and styles a Pic would help us out
ray54
B-E used several designs. Outside track I would guess was the most common. But many where on inside and outside the track. Look at the 64 year old TD 14 tread real close to yours here. The first TD 14 is very late model but TD9 farther in the tread has a B-E blade or clone anyway.
