Farmall 300 tricycle
I am having an issue with my tractor only running with the choke pulled all the way out. I can push it about half way in but then I cannot fully throttle it or it dies. If the chokes pulled out all the way then I can throttle fully. I am unsure of the issue
DT Fan
Simple answer is it's not getting enough fuel. Have you checked the sediment bowl? Does it have an inline filter that could be plugged?
Red Tech
It sounds like your spark plugs are dry carbon-fouled, which causes you to have to run a richer mixture (choke out). If they are, install Autolite 388 plugs, gapped at .025. Check your plugs 1st. If it is not this, then follow DT Fans advice
iowaboy1965
Good suggestions above. Also carb could have a passage internally plugged.

catman13
it may have a screen in the elbow where the fuel line hooks to the carburetor
