Super MD

Hi. I am looking for help with a farmall md.
it fires right up on gas I switch to diesel and it runs like a watch. I have cleaned the tank and seem to have good fuel flow. Oil fuel pressure gauge comes right up but as soon as you drive it gauge goes to nothing and won’t recover? Scavenger pump?

Does it quit running or continue to run well when the pressure goes to nothing?

Is the pump lube oil overfull and diluted with fuel?

Then the lift pump needs to be removed and a new input shaft seal installed.

The transfer pump fuel is pumping into the diesel pump lube oil and it should not do so.

Those seals are very hard to find but there is a fix that I cannot remember right now.

Any good diesel shop should have the answers.

I think DK Diesel has those seals or they did when I had an MD pump done not to long ago
