Looking again, the only difference is see is that the ones pictured above have a bolt flag welded to the pin, the one I have from a 9230 has a machined slot in the pin and a separate steel square with a bolt hole, the edge of the square fits the pin slot

What are the original quick hitches with the lollipop handles going for now a days?

Depends where you are and if they know what they have. The big hitch like Long shows, will average $1000 if the seller knows what he has or if it were on auction. Once in a while you find a sleeper and can steel it. We snatched one for $15 at auction. never say never!

They've been creeping up this year it seems.  Have been at two separate auctions this year, one bringing $1,600 and the other $1,700.  Two others I've watched sell online are shown.  The one I picked up was only a fraction, so they are still out there.

OK, yeah, got one of those.thumbnail_IMG_0357.jpg.e22cfc5d43657ac5df5d2220fb26b548.jpgI think this is what the called a category 2/3?   Its the category 3 width...although the pins are bigger as well so maybe its a straight 3.   Dad used to have it on the 1066 - stack mover, etc.  Its too big for any of the stuff I currently use, I need another category 2 so I don't have to "swap" the one I got from the 666 to the 7410 & back.   I suppose if I ever wanted to plow again, that might be right.
