560 under seat steel lines to fast hitch.

My 560 steel lines under the seat have holes rusted in them . Do I need to keep the rear block when I make the replacement lines ? The tractor does have fast hitch . I was going to use compression fittings and run rubber hoses straight to my lift cylinder for the fast hitch as a simple fix . The steel lines are rusted beyond brazing unless we braze in a patch pipe .

You should get hydraulic hoses made with the proper ends.if the old lines mount to the valve without fittings, take it with you and have fittings brazed to the manifold so you can have the hoses fit. Did this once on a 460.

Hydraulic compression fittings work fine.

that is what is on my 560, due to the same rust problem on the steel lines
