This Titan 45 has its own hit and miss air compressor to build air to start the main 2 cylinder engine.....watched him start it today.....only IH I've ever seen with a pony start motor ?

Open differentials in the rear wheels were also interesting.

When I was driving for Burnaby two of our ladder truck had air start, I don’t know how common it was/is.

I think this is my final pic. Little man and his new favorite tractor. His expression sums up my thoughts also.

Great show and awesome weather for the most part. Tons of beautiful tractors representing countless hours of sweat and effort of people who have the same “sickness” as most of here on this forum.

Last pic from me, for a couple weeks.  Heading to Tennessee tomorrow. Lots of pics and video to sort, when I get home. BK.

The 14 was sitting outside and had a conversation with a fella beside it.
he was torn between leaving his original and re-manufacturing (that’s what this 14 was. It had every bolt redone).

basically concluded between us that drugs are a cheaper hobby than old tractors lol

No they aren't, plus you have something concrete at the end rather than disillusionment. And your marriage, job, kids, and health aren't compromised because of a supposed feelgood and a lack of backbone to accept reality by living your life in a fog.

So how is the family enjoying the show, your little ones must enjoy the iron?

I’m assuming the sarcasm in my original message didn’t make it through the airwaves yet!!

kiddos liked it. I don’t think at their age  they fully understand the time, effort, talents, monies, some of these tractors have hanging on them. I am always amazed at how many sprouts the IH brand had, and how many people were wise enough (or hoarded) they things furnished by them. Heck, I saw the cardboard shipping box for an IH fridge. From 1953. Who keeps a cardboard box for 68 years?!?!

i also enjoy the things that probably I’m the only one weird enough to notice, and typically only see it at an Event related to RPRU:

courteous people. They were everywhere yesterday

clean grounds. People having respect enough to put stuff in the trash. And even if someone didn’t someone else did.

To all that were involved in hosting the show A++

to everyone else, thanks for sharing, and thanks for passing on the IH tradition to three knucklehead kiddos and a dad who was able to take them.

Yes it did!!!!

I was just playing on personal experience that after 10 years I can still look back and pinch myself knowing I beat a few things back that, for awhile overwhelmed me but didn’t beat me, and if I can bring it forward without it sounding overbearing I play with it.

Good deal with involving the kids, my son started with motorcycle life at five years old and my gurl a couple of years later, both of them are still hands on.
