I had a KE175 as my first motorcycle as well, got it in 1979 and sold it around 1991.  The friend who bought it still has it and still rides it.

I had mine from 83 to about 2000. Oiler failed once when I was riding it down at the outer banks in N.C. Only time I ever hitch hiked in my life. I put in a new piston and rings and honed the cylinder and it was fine. Just ran mixed gas after that :-)

Called local dealer for a used TW and salesman offered me one of these!

Never heard of SSR.

Said no thanks...

I learned to ride on a 70's vintage Suzuki 90cc with the dual range transmission. My big step up was to a Suzuki 185! My uncle's neighbor's son owned a Suzuki dealership in Mill Hall. There was always a street and dual sport in the garage. I loved visiting that uncle for many reasons. Did a lot of miles in the back field doing laps around the field! I saw one of the ST185's the other year, couldn't believe how small the bike was.

The TW200 is a cool machine. At one time PennDOT had a bunch for the motorcycle safety program.

Check out the state vehicle auction.

I saw that there was one near State College for sale earlier in the week.  It didn't last long and wasn't priced as low as this one.  I hope that he is an honest seller and waits for you to arrive.  I'm happy for you, Mark.

Now that you've had it for a day, how far can you wheelie it?

Read my OP.

Low center of gravity. Old and cant fall far.

My days on rear tire only left with my 73 XL 250 motosport!  ☹️

With his track record of safety I’m not sure that sounds like a real good idea....

Anyone else ever have one of these?

Wish I still had it...prices are nuts...

Only vehicle I ever had that the engine quit when the brake light burned out...???

Took a while to figure that one out.?

I used it to check cows, until I realized that I had Badger holes bugger than the front tire!?
