I always thought a cabover would make a handy silage truck, especially for following the chopper when opening and splitting fields.

Decent looking truck. 

A local guy here has a 94? Freightliner Cabover he drives over the road. Runs a van trailer, belt unload, and end dump. Mostly runs around the midwest. 

Couple cabover straight trucks around yet, but other than that there's not much around here.
