jimw
Had shifting issues, motor suppose to be good. No guarantees. Hard to find these so kinda like to buy it. Maybe One of those 10 year projects

Mike56073
Don’t know where you’re located, but there’s a decent one here in southern MN at a dealership
Farmall1066
Unless you want a project, I’d look for a running 5088.
Rescue11
The 4 remots is pretty swell
Thesd5488
2-3 k is a nice offer you’ll have 10-15 in parts to make it right
jimw
Well the idiot bought it for 2k, Now I can be a big wheel and have 2 5088s. Might try to fix it over time? Or use the back half on something else. At this point the possibilities are endless. Couple years in the shop corner realty will set in. Has a pretty good grill, my other one doesn’t. Are those 88 series weights, or old case weights? Go ahead and give me heck.
INTERNATIONAL 1466
Front assist weights hmmm, and if it is a 50, how is that 4 inch cast supposed to work on a 3 1/2 inch axle? Not that any of that matters. It will cost a pile to get it going. $2500 tops.
INTERNATIONAL 1466
Your post came in before mine, guess i was slow. The weights are 88 series for the All Wheel Drive models. If the engine runs you didn't pay too much.

jimw
Pretty happy actually. Really like these tractors. Might be just a parts tractor. But felt better about buying it than spending 12 on a 1206 or 8 on a 856. I really like the better cabs. Not much up front and see what happens
Super A_sepa
4 remotes, weights, tilt wheel, should have dual pto, cab looks fairly solid from here, should more than pay for the tractor if it goes to pieces.
ksfarmdude
Salvage value basically more or less a parts donor 1500.00 2000.00 tops
Thesd5488
I would have bought it to lots of good parts there

neukm
If you decide to part it out, I'd be interested in the 4th remote complete kit.

nepoweshiekfarmalls
If that machine was still sitting on respectable rear tires, it would look really decent. Looks abandoned and forgotten with them gone!
