Bolt sizes

The parts manual doesn’t give sizes for the dual bolt for mounting the dual wheel to the hub (which is what I think you were wanting) but does give a part number to work with for you. Look closely at the weight bolt sizes as they call for different lengths for the first weight and subsequent weights.

Thanks! I’m assuming I can go to fastenal and get what I need?

Not sure. Normally the weight bolts have a square head like it says. They can be hard to come by and aren’t cheap when you find them.

McMaster Carr is a better place to get the weight bolts. FWIW, I've seen hex headed bolts used often with no issues.

Dual wheel bolts can be bought through an auto parts store easily.

I take square stock and drill and tap to make square nuts then run regular hex bolts in from the back for the bolts thru wheel and weight.

Pretty good plan! Can't believe I never thought of that. Have made things like the special bolts that hold front wheel weights on AC's. The originals are insanely high priced!
