Mikhail
I just recently bought a 1964 C1100 and I'm tinkering with it. It has no windshield washer tank or any hoses (and not sure what operates the spray inside, if there is one), but I saw online hard and soft windshield washer tanks and the wipers' bezels with spray nozzles. Did the truck come with the washer installed that just got lost in time or is this an after-market improvement?
lightninboy
Ain't sure washers were available that early and I doubt they were standard.
Kevingweq
Pretty sure the "bag" style was an option in 64, I will try to find some info in my old brochures , Have you got any brackets on firewall (right side) ? I know the later C models had a very scarce plastic bottle mounted to firewall and pump on the inner fender Here is the pump and NOS and good used bottles
gmb32
My 1957 Golden Anniversary is equipped with a foot operated windshield washer. All Golden Anniversary"s had this feature!
Mikhail
@Kevingweq Thank you! Nothing of that sort under the hood. There are no unused mounting brackets and no extra holes in the firewall. I guess I'll install an aftermarket washer tank with a motor and wire a switch to the dashboard somewhere. Lol.
