Not sure what I saw. High crop F series or a Regular? Back steel wheels had to be 8 feet tall. Loaded on a drop deck, I think. Headed north on I29, about Beresford SD.

That would be a homemade or blacksmith made high crop. They were made to tow 3 one row horse drawn wheat drills in standing corn. This was normally done to old obsolete tractors that still ran fine. It would be their only job after the conversion.

Was that on farmall land auction?

Seen one just like you described there.

I am sure it was homemade but looked nice at 80mph. Front end was a single wheel with the long drop.

I’ll bet it was the one from Farmall Land. BJ and I were out there in August and I snapped a few pics.

There are others like it in the area. Not rare. I think I was told they were made in southern Iowa. Many of the summer shows have at least one.
