Walternator
Hey everyone Posting this for my uncle. He has what he calls a "wonder plow" that was his grandfather's. He is cleaning it up and painting it. But he can't remember how the hitch should be. He feels like something is missing. I have picture, any help would be appreciated. You can search for IH Little Wonder plow pics. Does the hitch have any IH logos cast into it? The tail wheel doesn't seem right either. It seems way too large in diameter. It looks like a wheel from a IH Little Genius plow. Maybe post a few pics of the wheel and it's mounting.
snoshoe
That hitch was used on many makes and models of plows. What doen't look right to me is that the clevis hook appears to be in the latched position but the release lever on top appears to be depressed (released). Perhaps the spring under the lever is broke/gone. Or could be froze up.
rustred
does he does know that these hitches use the twisted clevis,? just asking, as thats what he may think is missing.

fbh31118
Dad's Oliver Plow Master 100 had that exact style. Loved how it worked and one item I do like better than the No. 8 IH design.
