I'm much better today. I kept it up above me all night and the swelling is down. I'm also taking an ibuprofen every few hours. The dr didn't mention blood clots, etc. I'll try to be careful. The dr did warn me that if the swelling gets too bad it can cut off the circulation to my foot. I don't want to lose my foot but I guess I'd look ok with a peg leg. On my sailboat with a peg leg and eye patch sailing around cape horn. Ice in the rigging and my beard. The wind howling. I'm getting bored in bed already... I rode over with my wife to help her hook up a grain cart. I was able to help her get it hooked up but I am glad to have them by up now!

I was getting around much better today. Then my wife called. She plugged the beater on the 1460 combine. Actually the pulley came loose causing the belt to come off, plugging the beater (back of rotor). I had to crawl inside the combine to help. A few hours later she was going again. Then she needed help filling a feeder. I overworked it today and its sore. I iced it tonight and its getting better again. I'll be ok it's July going to take time. Thanks for asking.
