I fail to see any "high tech" involved in a caretaker. 

If these clients are so muckity muck, no need to start topic in the first place. 

Break one off in them and smile to the bank.

Just saying they are unlikely to want to hand keys to a 17 year old neighbor kid and don’t want to deal with every nit picky thing that arises

Previously it was suggested that Mark was Seth’s uncle.  Does this mean that Seth should call him Uncle Smart?  I am just curious?  The banter between these two is quite humorous!!
