chadd
I was wondering if anyone knew of a source for a U-shaped bracket to mount an SMV sign on to the back of the tombstone seat? It is shown in my 66 series parts manual, but they don't seem very common around here. Many of the junked tractors were cabbed, so they had their own SMV mount on the cab. Any junked open station tractors I've seen, the seat was the first thing taken and I am guessing the bracket went with. Thanks!

Long Farms
I had them repop'd. They are raw metal right now but plans to have them powder coated when i get time to drop off all the parts at powder coat shop.
Rick G.
A couple of my tractors had the peel and stick SMV decals on the backs of the tombstone seats. They were that way when I bought them, and they were already installed to my “fussy” satisfaction, so I just left them that way while I owned the tractors. So peel and stick may be an option for you. Should be fine if you apply them correctly. Given a choice though, if I didn’t already have SMV peel and stick decals on mine, I think I would have opted for the metal backed sign with bracket.
