826 Rod and Main bolt torque.

Don't mean to be judgemental but all that info is available online just do a search and you'll find that information you need

There are different main bearing bolts, 4 different ones I believe. Thread size and shank type differences. I've seen rod bolt specs by pre torque and so many degrees and also by torque. Head bolts and head studs are also different torques. I'll try to post a scan tomorrow.

Thanks for the help,  That is what I find nice about this RP page. You can ask a question and someone will have the answer and gladly share without the snide comments of some sites.

This is from my IH manual. Hopefully you can read it well enough. Another manual I have says for rod bolts pretorque to 18 ft lbs then another 120 degrees or 2 flats on the nut.
