OK, I'll bite and as the venerable Mel Tillis would say " f f fwhat ees it"?🤠

My guess would be it's a desalinization unit for a fresh water converter on a nuclear sub but wouldn't bet the ranch on it.🤔🧐

Seriously though, looks like it takes knowledge of systems to install and maintain it.😎😀

Always nice to see the results when you did a project right the first time👍

Chillers. Air cooled condenser sits outside.

had to change oil external oil filters on the 4 screw compressors. 
the black insulated part is the “barrel”, where the water dumps it’s heat into the refrigerant, then refrigerant conveys that heat outside and looses it to the air.
