1256 sells for $625 at online auction

Recommended Posts

This has Long Farms written all over it but its out of his territory. Why didn't I buy it? Because I'm stupid. If I had a way to haul it I would have run it up. Hope whoever got it just has to bleed out the fuel system and she's running again.

She's pretty sad. Torched off ICB cab and all. Tires look promising. These are all the pics they provided at the auction:

would be nice.

but the scrappers here need new trucks, trips homes,so charge a minimum of $200 for even the smallest of parts and simply trash them vs lower the $

Unfortunately most of the stuff at that auction was scrap, and this may have gone that way, but I hope not.

This sale had to be very poorly advertised for the tractor to bring only that, the engine alone will bring $3K all day, every day, with ease.

When I read the title of the post on the General IH main page, I thought this was  going to be about a high priced 1/16 scale ERTL Diecast model. Lol. So where was this?

Now for the best part.................what was the buyers premium and internet fee?  Machine tool sale the other week online had a 10% internet fee and a 20% buyers premium, AND on top of that a $150 fee to load anything.  Stuff looked cheap until you figured all that in.
