Picked up a 1086 about a month ago and theres a bracket mounted on the back near the remote. Any idea what it's for? Is it factory or something someone added on?

That looks like a bracket to hook a hydraulic cylinder on, like they used to have on some tractors back in the 50's.   The cylinders were expensive, so farmers took them off the implement and hooked them on the tractor when moving between implements.

If anyone wants some of those hooks let me know . 

Those are piled up like cord wood at a junk yard near me .

Never new what those curved hooks were ised for.I have two on my 1066 I bought from original owner.

Thought those were to hook the chain on to pull the H out of the mud hole.   :huh:
