rcb
Well, I finally spruced up the 560. 18.4-38 on the rear (got tired of looking for 16.9s) and 10.00-16 on the front. Not restored (I've modified a few things too) but painted. Welded up and straightened a lot of broken things. So this past year we talked about whether or not to sell the 560 and buy something else, because much of the money spent to refurbish is the same no matter what you're working on. In the end we decided to keep it as it does everything we need it to do. So this past fall, 2019 I cleaned it as good as I could and started painting. Just rustoleum farm and implement for paint and a custom mix I came up with using industrial rustoleum for the 901. I painted over paint and certainly some gunk I couldn't get to. This is a working tractor and expect lots of scratches so figured easy touch ups would be better. Still a load to do. I had to bush hog though and the 806 is apart for a few issues. Makes me feel better about the excess of money I have and will likely spend on it. Next year I plan on adding a turbo. First pic is of when we bought it in 2013. Then of course the painting process and then completed. The last while I was waiting for my wife to bring me more fuel (I got in too much of a hurry to get done).
