I’d stack washers evenly on all four bolts to get it correct and use it. We had a ih wide front on our smta from a 706 and we had to have bushings for it to work. It won’t weaken it

judging from the centerline of the pivot ball  compared to the machined surface of the clutch housing I will bet on a bent yoke they should be parrallel. if the center pivot was welded in wrong compared to the yoke mounts  or vise-versa the yoke would be to low when the pipe is reversed

got it to work  added the washers to make up the diffrence.  thanks for all the suggestions
