Also. What holds the grill in?   Mine seems to be just stuck in.   I thought the light collar held it but it doesn’t

If you glue the grill in. How do you clean it. If it needs it ?   Or to spray radiator out.

Take the nose off you gotta pull the side panels the one on the driver side anyway to get to the plate that you remove to service the condenser and hydraulic oil cooler to properly wash it out you go in that way to get to the bottom of the radiator we wash the alternator but it's just six more bolts on the nose with an electric rachet

I bought one from "cuss" IH a few years ago and it was made out of probably 18 gauge steel. Didn't like it at all, was too heavy, so ended up getting a NOS plastic one from Anderson Tractor Supply in Bluffton OH, but pretty sure he said it was their last one. Might try them anyhow? 855-333-5755. As mentioned above, Mike Links used to have them, dunno' about now? He's a real straight shooter!

The grill screen from the factory was stapled to the nose piece.  The nose is made out of some type of rubber material.  I used stainless steel panhead crews when I put mine back together.

I have one in my stash of 88 parts.
