Pretty much just went in a straight line once launched. If the course got altered, that it the way it continued. It is my understanding, though, that the preferred method was to take the plane wingtip and carefully “flip” the V-1 wing so as to make it spin out of control and spiral down to earth in a remote area. This trick was found to be preferable to trying shoot the thing down because being close enough to hit a V-1 meant that if it went BOOM when hit, the explosion was massive enough to take down the plane shooting at it.

Roossinck
When my friends Sam & Raelynn got hitched last fall, Sam's 1086 was among the guests of honor. I was really glad that I decided to bring my camera gear along. Hoping to see this tractor on display at the CIH booth at the Iowa State Fair in a few days! 11

Pete1468
D7R, it's high hours, 2000 year and 19,700 hours and still gets it done. Biggest down fall is the blade has been reskined and doesn't scour very easy. The cab is much nicer then the old d7E open station I had started with. 3
