Could you even imagine…simply trip and stumble anywhere near the top….they find your body in a pile at the bottom a few minutes later. 
In Pittsburg they have one of those cable trolly things that goes up a steep grade like that.  I think there is stairs. But nowhere near as many

I almost got on a incline railcar once until I looked at the sprockets that pulled it up the mountain.

Finney....you have many  other redeeming endeavors    without  doing the ''living on the edge''    (or ledge...)   bit ..

..like , how many of us that follow your fabrication and repair endeavors.....have punched out the shed wall with a class   8 truck..that  Sir,  is legendary stuff....

Sounds like me. When I take the family to the fair they want to ride alot of the rides not me Ihelped put them up and take them years ago after seeing how they was put together and then seeing some of the missing when took down I said not me.

Glacier national park. Kim and her sister just got back from a two week tour of national parks. Put  5000 miles on the car . All the way to the northern tip of  Washington then down the coast on the 101 and back.

I had several different variations of that but have since sold all my flat head stuff.  Still have a couple odd ball bits and pieces here though.

Gulp! Well she’s got bigger ‘uns than me for standing there on the that spot! Ha ha. OMG!

Looks like the horsepower end of a P-47. The P-47 was legendary for it ability to take a horrendous beating and drag its tail back home, pilot and all. The engine being air cooled made it much less vulnerable to crippling damage. Supposedly some of those planes limped home with jugs shot off the crankcase although I find that hardly credible as they would have run out of engine oil sooner rather than later, especially if it was a jug that pointed downwards.

..it shoudn't have able to fly like that, though....The imbalance would have torn the engine from its mounts within  seconds....surely ???
