hardtail
The fact that your daughter is interested in this for a project speaks volumes on her raising and character, gotta question if it might be a bit light for pulling the trailer though...😁 1

Those 3 are well known and well kept. I been past a few times but I've never actually stopped to tour them. Someday. I was pretty small but remember when alot of these small towns had the elevators shut down and tore down. Still a few left that some local farmers bought and keep in good shape, but more of them are falling apart now. On a side note on elevators, we sawed some beams that were pulled from a elevator a few years ago. They were stamped 1932 I think it was, and they were just like cutting fresh cut spruce. In fact one or two of the beams actually had some sap stick to the blade 2

mike newman
...this is the starting point for a great hunting experience....via fishing boat to 'steam ' down to any of the many huge 'sounds' that run back of our south west coast....This takes in vast areas....which have wapiti and red deer At certain times of the year, many fishing boats work out of Milford Sound (some of which pictured...),,,,and if you know the right bloke...you are on your way !!...and if you are like me....once you hit the open sea...puke time..big time.... I have a bunch of pictures , still on 35mm slides.....but have yet to sort them out....despite suggesting otherwise.. Globull warming has struck us this Friday morning, we have been snowed out up where the rock cartage is ongoing ,for river work...I know you Canadians would laugh at this...but the river is up and the 30 ton Cat Excavator 's quick hitch let go around the front jaw.....so homeward bound ...!!
