The one Sandhiller posted is much more ornate in my opinion. ,,,,visited the above "stair case'' in Santa Fe area in 1972, with my Colorado friend....(he had come out to NZ and worked on our tobacco farm ....).......he was of the Catholic persuasion.......also took me through the, then new ,,,Catholic Church in his home town , ...Fort Collins......He said it cost so much, that I would be "saved" just by walking through it......As I am still "above the grass"......who knows??!!...but I am not a Catholic...so maybe that is unlikely.......
