“If it ain’t BittyBuilt it’s under built”

That's for sure!!  Probably have to start the Go Cart Mfg Co to support the kid on the track because this Racing is going to cost $$$$$$$.

Every race car I had cost at least $1000 a weekend!

I built one for my boys with a 450 honda engine back in the 80's

My wife told me to de-tune it before her boys got hurt or my manhood was going to be on the choppin block

We are not done yet but he is already saying that we have to get a Ducati for the power source .....

I am hoping to get a little done tonight along with welding my 450 manifold

My 450 manifold didn't have any success welding. I have changed plans to get by for now. We welded the top A arms enough to wait for them to cool down to install the plastic bushings.

Top pictures are a wrench I made to hold the yoke for torquing a magnum front pumpkin. Rockshaft almost broke 100% off the mower . I have to make a few sets of wheelie bars

I worked at making a new exhaust pipe for the 450 tonight. I also altered an air cleaner to make it dry element but I found out that the M and 400 has a smaller pipe than the 450 so I will have to alter the 450 one . I am not sure why they uploaded out of order

I added 2" to the top pipe and gutted the mesh before finding the difference. I don't really like welding really thin stuff like the air cleaner

Welding really thin stuff is where either a 120V wire welder with flux core or a MIG with .025 wire is handy.  Years ago I cut and rewelded Aaen pipes for a sled engine . . . talk about pop can thin . . .

Modern aftermarket performance pipes....are even thinner.  Aaen used good metal back in the day.
