The 125 was made from mid 1967 thru 1969.  Great tractor.  If it is in decent shape, with the attachments you've listed, yes, $300 is a good price.  Just be sure to get all the parts and pieces.  The kohler engine is fairly easy to rebuild, but it's more likely just a fuel/carb issue than anything else.  I've brought MANY of these back to life with some basic tune-up and cleaning work.

Plow $150+, Disk $100 , Snow Blade $100, Cultivator $125 ….

Kant kill a Kohler engine should be running fine in 3 4 hours if it has compression

Yes, go buy it! The attachments are worth the asking price alone.
