Dealership Decal Collection

Recommended Posts

Looking for a dealer decal for W.L. Dunn from Cochranton, PA.

In the meantime, I went though various  archives and gathered examples that were previously posted.  Would be nice to have as many as possible in one location for reference.  Some have photobucket over top and I couldn’t get a clean copy, some of which were from active members.

I hope to add a few more in the next few weeks.

Some pics of the old IH dealer in Bellefontaine OH

Not a decal but but got our old home town implement on it

Posted Images

I just found two decals I got in an auction lot at the dealership close out at W M HobensacksIMG_20200120_194235625.thumb.jpg.08a8ff371a4fb641e112eede8468d04e.jpg . I was thinking about putting them on a tractor I restore as we used to live nearby that dealer and did business with them. The decals I have are clear with black writing. I am pretty sure that my 782 IH cadet has a Hobensacks decal on it

I don't have any of the local ones for some reason..........One of the local dealers I worked at, I even hunted around and couldn't find any pre-merger stickers.  I had one of Mifflinburg Farm Supply and Coopers Hardware but can't find them at the moment.

Hey! Thanks for starting this topic. I have no idea who would have been the local IH dealer here in the 40's and 50's, and I always hope to see a decal with a place name I know.

I don’t have any IH related but you made me dig out a few of my motorcycle ones.

These are water transfer type

Hmmmm, you would have thought more hardware stores would have sold Harleys because repeat sales from hardware would have been great.........all the bolts vibrating out.........

I bought on Ebay a cap from an American CASE IH dealer located in Quincy, Illinois , SELBY Implement  .

His name is SELBY  Implement and resembles a letter close to my French dealer SEBY which is located in the South West of France .
They have represented the IH card for the 1940s.

I like that one of silly beans in Dundee MI.   I think my dad worked there for a while at some point.
