Got an 8' new idea blower this year. Put it on the 766. So much better than pushing snow with a loader. Added the LEDs on the blower because I end up clearing early/late and couldn't see past the cloud half the time.

Cleared some drifts this evening, snow was dense, and used most of the horsies the old girl has. Definitely have been getting the carbon out of the pipe this year.

How do the lights on the blower work? That’s a good idea. I updated the 1 rear light on my 656 to LED which is much brighter but blower still blocks a lot of the light.

From a few years ago. Have not had the blower out in a couple years, have not needed it. Do 99% with V plow on pickup and have a 6' Farm King blower on the compact. Lots of options for moving snow

My 1256 with Allied plow and Leon loader. The JD is my cousin cleaning and sharpening up ridges I put in the neighbours field to hold it out of my yard and driveway.

Euro Magnum, front PTO. Does it have creeper also? I think that all 4 of our Euro Magnums have creeper ( a pair of 7250 pro, MX 270 and 230 )

Had the SW6 out for its 67th year of plowing snow on the old homestead.  It’s kinda hard on the grass & steps around the house.  Use a Yamaha quad & snowblower for that.  Need to have the injection pump repaired on the 766.  It will soon take over winter work.

I`d like to find one of these...

Image result for pretty girl shovelling snow

Hard starting and very finicky, lots of undercarriage issues with those, seems like monthly problems, those who say they have gone more than a couple months without problems have seen even larger ones down the road.

Buyer beware, look good on paper but high maintenance costs.

No front pto, it does have creeper which is nice especially when blowing away piles pushed up by loaders like he’s doing there.

Of all the stuff here, this is the one that gives me tractor envy. How do you guys with rear mounted blowers  manage it? My neck wouldn't last 10 minutes trying to do that.  I've got a Bobcat 873 with a converted Meyers plow, A JD 2355 with an 8' Land Pride blade and a 32" walk behind snowblower.

Here's mine, nothing fancy but gets the job done. First is one of my Honda 300 4x4s with a plow, I use that for the lighter snows. I had the quad forever, the plow I took in trade for some work last fall. Second is my ariens s16-h hydro with a two stage blower and my John Deere 345 with a single stage blower. Those take care of the heavier snows. I take the ariens and my son takes the Deere. I grew up with the ariens and got it when my dad bought a new mower 20+ years ago. The Deere I got from my dad when he bought a house with a smaller yard.

Very well, I'd highly recommend it. It gets the light upfront of the snow cloud. "Night and day" difference.

Big enough blower and motor....don't have to look back as much as you'd think.  neighbor had a $20k front mount one under a big newer JD 4wd.  He use to get hung up on the fame under it all the time. We'd pull him out, and move on.
