They are factory 118" long bar axles at 3.5in wide but I have 5088 wheel castings on it to make it look like a 15.

Ok.  The 5088 cast centers thru me for a loop.  I like the look of those on there. And the 10 bolt hubs

It does very well.  From what everyone told me you don't want the standard C tread tracks for snow cause they're worthless.  You can get the style with the treads cut straight across for all styles of undercarriage.  I was pushing snow into the ditch and filling it up driving in about 4 foot of fill snow and still pushing.  It's 0 out and it's fluffy non packing snow.

Yep the stock tracks are useless in snow and ice. Your unit would be about the best track unit in snow. Seem to be better than a solid undercarriage. I run snow tracks on my ctl. These are what I am running. Had camoplast when I bought it and put these tuffbilt tracks on now. Same tread design

Haven't had to plow snow since mid October here, so no new pics to add. Here's one old one I've posted before anyway

That's dad's snow pusher and this is mine. I got a 8 foot snow bucket for it and it sure can move alot of snow in a hurry

My little ford this was right about a year ago in Michigan I've since added hydraulic angle to both blades for its size it's a beast.... It sits in town to plow moms, church. And a few others...

Are your roads the same height as the fields?  For years our county did a grading plan.  Roads have a nice ditch and are mostly higher then the fields so it blows clear.  If we have any that look close to that our graders make quick work if it.

Here's a pic of my favorite show movers.  They're both expensive and make allot of noise.   One I've had for ten years and the other a couple months.  My twelve year old daughter likes pushing the buttons on both of them.  One will last my lifetime and the other will get traded when it's worn out.

Looks like the "when all else fails", stuff is sitting by the barn...........

Yesterday (January 19) I cleaned up 6 or 8 inches of snow, was the only the second time I plowed snow this winter.

It’s been a fairly easy winter so far, compared to last year where it started snowing in the beginning of November and never stopped till sometime in April!

Last winter I put 89 hours on the tractor moving snow, so far this winter it’s not even 5 hours.

Here’s a couple of pictures from yesterday. C577E691-EDDC-4AAC-9BBF-0C54C6819B73.thumb.png.8ac09309642f807d35407e98465025f6.png

It still beats a scoop shovel!!!  I thought you would at least have a cub cadet with a blower? 🤣🤣

I can’t take credit for that young mans ingenuity .

I would rather just stay inside and wait untill Mother Nature takes care of it.

So far I've had to use it once. It works. Not great but it works. Past the ladder against the bank there's a hydraulic angle Western off a Ford truck I adapted for the back of the 560. It works real well. I'd really like a two stage snowblower for the back of that AC. With the powershift that would be the cats meow.

About the only time I don't care for the FAF on the 50's..................Might not hurt, but I don't think 18" of power snow blowing through the FAF is a good thing so I put a tarp over it.  Won't have to worry about that on the 2+2.

Think I'd have to agree,  all that powdery snow getting sucked into the radiator would probably freeze it into an icy mess.  Using the snow blower on the Cub Cadet was just slightly better than a #14 aluminum scoop shovel, all the blowing snow was terrible. The blade on the SH works really nice, sometimes wish it would angle but that would make the blade/loader/tractor so much longer.  Only been one night I was not real happy cleaning the driveway. Was getting pelted with half freezing rain and half ice pellets.

I think you will like the 2+2 on the snow blower. The radiator will sure as heck be W-A-Y farther forward than on your 5288.
