With no load on hitch, position control lever forward to fully lowering of hitch, pull draft control lever and hitch should not raise until lever is about and inch from the top end of slot. Might be as simple as adjustment on the lever it's self or can be internal adjustment was not set after some work had been done on hitch . Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Well, you can turn those two adjusting bolts, one on each side, so they contact tractor frame and not allow the torsion bar to twist. They are I believe 15/16 headed short bolts that limit the amount of twist . Quote Link to post Share on other sites
