1959 R130

Recommended Posts

I am new to this site.  I have a truck that is a 1955 R130 with a 240 cubic inch engine.  I believe this engine came in a 220, 240, or a 264. I was wondering what the bore and stroke are for each. Do they share the same crank shaft if the stroke is the same on all three engines? Are the carburetors all the same or are they jetted differently? Are the heads all the same? Any information would be helpful.  Thanks, Dave.

Great engines, especially the 264. Their weakness is dropping valve heads if they were ever heated.
