DT Fan
Really enjoying this thread. I'm a classic rock kind of guy, so this one is a little different for me. Heard it on the radio a few years ago while out of range of my 'normal' stations. Came home and a quick google search turned this up.

Steve C.
Some of you will remember Robert Palmer (Addicted to Love, Simply Irresistible, etc. Well, I stumbled across this early seventies band called Vinegar Joe, with Robert Palmer sharing the vocals with a really powerful lady singer named Elkie Brooks. A friend told me this song was played on KSHE back in the day, but we didn't live around here then so I'd never heard it before. Pretty great sound, including some uncommonly good guitar work, imo. TroyDairy
https://youtu.be/uk-CmG6rd5E This guy is awesome. https://youtu.be/uk-CmG6rd5E like some of him too https://youtu.be/uk-CmG6rd5E James here is good too. https://youtu.be/uk-CmG6rd5E I LOVE his voice but feel little bad since he has became mainstream. But most of his songs he appears to have some involvement in writing which is big plus to me. https://youtu.be/uk-CmG6rd5E not country...in anyway but cool stuff from him https://youtu.be/5v7lEVDdVkg and just cool sound, they actually aint mainstream but several songs are in film etc.

I don't know if that falls fully under the heading of Grunge rock, but I have always liked the genre, I bounce around a lot from classic rock to this sort of stuff, to country, folk, and a little bit of bluegrass, in large part the pop scene as well as any head banging nonsense doesn't appeal to me.
