Always liked Joe Walsh's stuff. The second one is Joe explaining how the song came to be, pretty funny.

Agreed.  His old James Gang stuff was good, too.

He did pretty good keeping James Gang going & playing for Eagles at the same time. He was always the cool eagle too, never seemed to have the attitude like Henley

Yeah, the early Eagles did some dynamite stuff.  Can't say Henley ruined them but I liked 'em better early on.

Here's a soft James Gang tune. I normally don't get real excited about "pretty" songs, but I like this one.

Sounds a lot like Linda Ronstadt on backing vocals.   Probably is, as I believe she was associated with the Eagles back in the day.

Joe definitely brought more rock to them for sure. But ya, the Eagles were a pretty decent band. Saw them in Calgary in 95 for **** freezes over tour & they put on a good show for sure??

My favorite Joe Walsh song.

The whole "There Goes the Neighborhood" album is great.

I'd have trouble picking a favorite Joe Walsh song, but "Welcome to the Club" would be close to the top for me.

I stumbled across a couple good old party tunes tonight at work. It’s been a while since I had heard these.  The lead man from Confederate Railroad had a pretty mean mullet going on.

Ernest had been a Navigator (or some crewmember like that) on B-29s.  Took him along with me on a flight or two in the B-29 down in the Valley at the CAF when we first got it.  Great guy.

best, randy
