Smaller mx series 80, 90

Recommended Posts

Not specifically with the MX80/90, but lots of seat time on a 5220 Maxxum, which I believe is the prior model. Handy tractor, big enough to run wagons, small enough to rake, powerful enough to mow.

The 4-cylinder MX's have a 4.0L Perkins instead of a 4BT Cummins, the "more modern" MX cab/platform, and updated sheet metal.

I looked at the pictures of a couple of MX80/90's on tractorhouse, and that rear end sure looks 5XXX series Maxxum to me.

MX-C = Front half CX series rear half MX series.

They gave CaseIH a left hand powershuttle and 4 speed power shift in the larger utility class tractor.

I'd see no reason they would be a bad loader tractor.
